I was checking the tracking often, and it was easy to follow the whole way. Every time my package moved, the updates showed up clearly, so I never felt like I was left guessing. It did take a little longer than I was hoping, but at least I always knew where it was.

I ordered a top thinking it would look like the pictures, but the color showed up way darker in person. Like, how is this okay? The photos feel really misleading, and it’s disappointing. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again...

What I do really like is that they actually have plus size options that are cute and fun, not just plain basics that feel like an afterthought. I’ve found a couple tops that I genuinely loved and felt really good wearing. That said, the sizing has been hit or miss for me. Some pieces fit perfectly, and then others are weirdly tight in the arms or chest, even when I order my usual size. I really wish they had more photos of the clothes on models in different sizes because that would make it easier to guess how things will actually fit. Overall, I still like shopping there, but it could definitely be a little more consistent

These are really comfortable, so I like wearing them around the house or for casual days. The material is thin, though, so they don’t feel as warm or durable as I expected...

I didn’t realize returns only come back as store credit. I just wanted my money back, not to be stuck ordering something else from the same site. Especially when the fit wasn’t right... it just feels kind of unfair. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again
